To use the RumiSlots platform in full you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number and a secure password.
All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. RumiSlots may request documentary verification of the information provided at any stage, including before processing a withdrawal. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure with all balances suspended.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one RumiSlots account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, RumiSlots will close all secondary accounts. Any winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be voided at RumiSlots's discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your RumiSlots login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. RumiSlots will never ask for your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately at support@rumislots.biz. RumiSlots is not liable for losses resulting from a player sharing their own credentials.
RumiSlots may require identity verification at any point. Verification is typically triggered by the first withdrawal request exceeding a certain threshold or where there is a reasonable suspicion of misuse. Verification documents may include a valid CNIC, proof of mobile number ownership or proof of payment method. Games can be played during the verification period but withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

RumiSlots reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Players who do not meet these requirements must not use the platform. If an ineligible player is found to have opened an account, that account will be closed and any balance will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis consistent with these terms.
Deposits to your RumiSlots account are accepted via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.
All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your RumiSlots balance without delay. The minimum deposit is Rs 500. There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher-value deposits may trigger a verification check before being credited.
All deposits are received and held in Pakistani Rupees. There are no currency conversions at any stage of the deposit process at RumiSlots. The amount sent is the amount credited to your balance.
Deposits must be made from payment methods registered to the same individual as the RumiSlots account. Accepting deposits from third parties — including family members — is not permitted. If a third-party deposit is detected, RumiSlots may freeze the account pending an investigation into the source of funds.
If a deposit is deducted from your payment method but does not appear in your RumiSlots balance within 30 minutes, contact support with the transaction reference number. RumiSlots will investigate and resolve confirmed failed deposits within 24 hours.
Withdrawal requests from your RumiSlots balance are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to any verified payment method registered to the account.
Standard withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 5–10 minutes of request submission during normal operating hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts via IBFT may take up to 2 business days depending on the receiving bank. Withdrawals to Visa/Mastercard typically process within 1–3 business days.
The minimum withdrawal amount from a RumiSlots account is Rs 200 for mobile wallet withdrawals and Rs 1,000 for bank transfer or card withdrawals.
RumiSlots may request identity or payment method verification before processing a withdrawal. This is standard security practice and is not punitive. Providing requested documents promptly will ensure the fastest possible withdrawal processing time.
Only funds that have met the applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before the wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus being cancelled. Real-money funds are always withdrawable without restriction, subject to verification requirements.
RumiSlots offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion as well as the general bonus rules in this section.
The current welcome bonus offer for new RumiSlots players is published on the registration page. The welcome bonus is available to each new player once only. Reload bonuses, cashback offers, tournament prizes and seasonal promotions are offered to existing RumiSlots players on a periodic basis. Details of each promotion, including the claim window, wagering requirements and eligible games, are published in the promotions section of the platform. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Bonus funds not claimed within the specified claim period and bonus funds where the wagering requirement has not been met within the stated validity window will expire automatically. Expired bonuses are removed from the balance without notification or compensation.
Each game available on the RumiSlots platform operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. The following general rules apply across all games.
Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the RumiSlots system, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player. Bets placed in error remain binding. Please review your bet amount before confirming any wager.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting any game at RumiSlots — including disconnections, server errors or software faults — all affected bets may be voided and stakes returned to player balances at RumiSlots's discretion. Winnings resulting from a malfunction will not be honoured. RumiSlots's decision on malfunction-related disputes is final.
Live dealer games at RumiSlots use physical equipment operated by real dealers on camera. If a dispute arises regarding the outcome of a live dealer game, the video record of the session is the definitive record and will be used to resolve the dispute. Players may request a review of any live game round within 24 hours of the session ending.
Games involving a skill element — including Ludo, Teen Patti and Rummy — use certified random number generation for any dice rolls or card shuffles. The outcome of skill-based decisions made by the player is entirely the player's responsibility. RumiSlots does not influence in-game decision outcomes in any way.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the RumiSlots platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, investigation and potential permanent closure.
RumiSlots employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Patterns consistent with prohibited conduct will trigger a review and may result in automatic account restriction while the investigation proceeds.
RumiSlots operates a Refer a Friend programme that allows existing players to earn PKR rewards by introducing new players to the platform. The following rules govern the programme.
A referral qualifies for a reward when the referred individual: registers a new account at RumiSlots using the referring player's unique referral link, makes their first deposit of at least the minimum qualifying amount stated in the current programme terms, and completes the qualifying gaming activity stated in those terms.
Referral rewards are credited to the referring player's RumiSlots balance in PKR when the qualifying conditions have been confirmed. Rewards are real-money credits with no wagering requirement unless stated otherwise in the programme terms. The current reward amounts and tier structure are published on the Refer a Friend page.
Self-referrals — where a player refers themselves using a secondary account or a friend's details — are prohibited. Coordinated referral rings or any systematic attempt to exploit the programme will result in the cancellation of all unpaid and pending referral rewards for all involved accounts, and may result in account closures.
RumiSlots reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Account actions may be triggered by the following circumstances.
Any player may request the closure of their RumiSlots account at any time by contacting support. A closure request will be processed within 48 hours. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be paid out to the player's verified payment method after any pending verification requirements are met. Bonus funds remaining at the time of closure are forfeited.
RumiSlots may close an account without prior notice if there is evidence of: any prohibited conduct listed in Section 9; failure to satisfy verification requirements within a reasonable period; account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (with appropriate notice given by email prior to closure); or any other circumstance that RumiSlots determines, in good faith, puts the integrity of the platform or the security of other players at risk.
Accounts that have not had any login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. RumiSlots will attempt to notify the account holder by email prior to any action. After an appropriate dormancy period following notification, inactive account balances below Rs 500 may be forfeited. Balances above Rs 500 will be retained and the player notified of the process to reclaim them.

Players who activate self-exclusion will have their account restricted for the duration chosen. RumiSlots is not liable for losses incurred as a result of service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, third-party network issues or force majeure events.
All bets placed on RumiSlots are placed freely and voluntarily by the player. RumiSlots accepts no liability for financial losses arising from a player's gaming decisions. Players are reminded that gambling carries the inherent risk of financial loss and should never bet more than they can comfortably afford to lose.
In any circumstance where RumiSlots is found liable for damages, the maximum liability to any single player is capped at the total value of real-money deposits made by that player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
RumiSlots reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, RumiSlots will publish the updated terms on this page and note the date of the update prominently. For significant changes, RumiSlots will also notify registered players via the email address on their account.
Continued use of the RumiSlots platform after the publication of updated terms constitutes full acceptance of the revised document. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the updated terms take effect.
